Broadway Station
This believe it or not is the site of Broadway Station. The platforms, station building and signal box are all gone. The original station looked very much like Toddington station and was built out of red brick. BR got away with legalised vandalism - a beautiful station destroyed for no reason.
This is the trackbed out of the station south ! Plenty of work here for the scrub bashers.
This is the only surviving building - the goods shed. Unusually its situated the other side of the road bridge away from the station site. At the moment the caravan club rent it from the railway. When we are ready to extend northwards we will probably use it for 'Friends of Broadway'.
